10th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

The 10th International Congress of the Polish Society for Vascular Surgery will be held in Warsaw, June 14–16 2018. On behalf of the Board of the PSVS and the Scientific Committee of the Conference, I would like to invite you to take part in our meeting, which is essential not only for the community of vascular surgeons but also for other specialists taking care of patients with vascular diseases.

The continuous progress in the minimally invasive treatment of diseases of arteries and veins that we have witnessed in recent years is unquestionable and was confirmed during our previous meeting, which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw in June 2017. Our last year’s conference gathered many outstanding representatives of this medicine branch from all around the world. It turned out that achievements of Polish specialists are quite similar to those obtained by our foreign colleagues. Our last year's activities and commitment allowed us to establish contact with many centres and scientific societies from Europe and the United States.

I would like this year's conference to be a continuation of what we have achieved together. I would appreciate it if you could send me all your suggestions and ideas for topics that you would like to raise at the conference. Only your commitment and active participation in this meeting will enable Warsaw to become once again the place, where different ideas intersect and opinions between young and more experienced physicians are exchanged - physicians whose, as the new slogan of the social campaign of the PSVS goes: "Life pulsates with open vessels."
